Pacific Properties Group has awarded another project to Nyecon, in the structural repairs to their property located at 251 Opportunity Street in Sacramento. With the exterior tilt wall showing obvious signs of failure, Nyecon is removing sections of tilt walls to pour new footings and infill the area with CMU masonry blocking. Once structural repairs are complete we will also be remodeling the 1,100 SF office including all new finishes.
